Hi! I’m Sarah Starling. I’ve been writing for pleasure for as long as I can remember. As a child, I made book after book after book. Then during my teenage years, if I felt a book had a rubbish ending, I would write an extra chapter and ‘fix’ it.
I have had various blogs since about 2008, including one so old that I can’t remember the name, and another reviewing roast dinners.
My roast dinner blog led to writing for 365Bristol and now Student World Online. I now work as Associate Editor and Co-Editor respectively.
In my ‘writing’ section, you’ll find a mixture of typical ‘blog’ posts, essays and reviews. Please get in touch via the contact page if you’d like some copy written for your business. I also offer proofreading and editing of your own content.
As well as writing and editing, I teach part time. I teach and host workshops, and my husband and I work together to produce laser-cut items such as door numbers and cake toppers. You can find these in my shop.
